Very disappointed with my gel manicure. 2 weeks ago I was in a hurry to get my nails done because I was going out of town. The lady Stephanie did my manicure, she was very nice but didn’t shave my nail prior to applying the gel polish. One finger nail polish peeled off in 4 days, she fixed it no problem, and the next day after that, ALL OF THEM PEELED OFF. So I come back again, she agreed to fix them, then tricked me into paying $7 because the gel warranty ran out when I apparently used it for the one finger. I paid, left with all of my nails done, then all of the gel peeled off 3 days after that. I felt like it was not worth going a 4th time there so I just let them chipped. Ha, I might as well should’ve gotten a regular manicure. This was also my first experience here. NEVER COME HERE!

Probably the most unsanitary nail place I have ever been to, I went there with 4 of my co-workers and we all got different things. Thankfully the girl that did my nails did an okay job, but for the girls one noticed products and tools being used that were not cleaned. The pedicure tub did not have a seal around it or plastic cover. They put back the grinder for dry skin back into the container where he originally took it from.
This place is disgusting and it should be inspected by the board. It’s dusty, there’s no regulations, no cleanliness what so ever. My other girl for a gel manicure and it was lumpy and she was bleeding from every finger because the guy that did her nails had no idea what he was doing.
Something state board should definitely look into- and shut down or fine.

I went in today which is Sunday. They were very busy and closed at 5 and I went in at 3:15 with a call in apt from the same day at 2:45. My pedicure didn’t start until about 3:40 but I expected that because they were so busy and short handed with staffing. I waited and had a basic pedicure. It was a good pedicure it was $40 gel with a coupon. No hot stones or exfoliating. All over I was pleased for a gel pedicure. When I got to my nails I had an ombré long nailed coffin shaped idea. I got them all glued on and shaped and I didn’t like the length. She redid them with no complains and my ombré and coffin shape turned out immaculate. I was there for over two hours but it was worth it. I had no plan to go there and I got a seat quickly. The ombré is great and I’m 100% happy with my nails, not a lot of people can do ombré that good. Will go back.

Went in for a pedicure. I'm a cook and my feet need attention. They use like a cheese grater on the bottom of my feet for callouses and they don't remove it, just a quick scrape. the massages on your feet aren't worth it neither is polish. Staff is nice and the area is clean.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever been through. I came here a couple days ago to have a good day and to relax. I got my eyebrows waxed and one of the ladies got wax in my hair and didn’t have the nerve to tell me she just acted like it didn’t happen. I had to wash my hair 3 times to even get it half out. Also my nails from a week ago are all falling off, everywhere I’ve been they have lasted me 2 weeks or more. Worst 80$ I’ve ever spent in my entire life. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
