They do have good customer service but these are by far the worst nails I’ve ever had. I Paid $35 for a fill in with gel polish and the polish started chipping off 2 days later which has never happened to me before using gel polish, 3 nails broke easily during the first week, nails are noticeably uneven, it’s not even time for a fill in yet I have to get my whole hands redone, I’ll never go there again but hopefully this feedback will help them pay better attention

I did not like my service, it was my first time at this shop, I know for a fact the person who did my nail skipped SEVERAL steps & when I brought it up they just repeated me & keep going, for a simple design on one nail was extra 15 & to use two different color gel colors after already paying extra 10 they charged extra 2! My nail polish is chunky looking and goes over my cuticles because they skipped the step to push them back. I don’t recommend this nail shop very ghetto & don’t go off the prices that they have in writing.

Baaaaad nails . They rush with everything they do . I DO NOT RECOMMEND
