The guy In there still has the same nasty demeanor that he displayed years ago when I swore that I wouldn't come back. I only needed a single repair... but the tension was so thick that it send like forever. He stands over you while the lady does the nails as if someone wants to harm them.. The restroom still has the same "Out of order" sign that its had for years. Clearly they have an issue with their customer base... but they should've considered the demographics of where you chose to place your business. Very unprofessional...I needed a repair badly, and they were the only shop that was empty in a five mile radius. I wonder why....🤔

Only thing that they are good for is eyebrows. Every time I go in there , no one is available to do pedicures. It’s always the pedicure person is not there . Bad attitudes, very bad attitudes .

Never had nails done here nor have I had a pedicure, but eyebrows are done good most of time. My issue here is the bathroom and the fact they are always out if order..its because they dont want you using their bathroom which is not right they are supposed to have a bathroom that customers can use..I believe it's a violation for them to not allow us to use their facilities..I think I will notify the HEALTH DEPT to get them to check that bathroom which has been out of order for years...ummm

Very unprofessional and snobby, poor nail work. I left the store about to let myself suffer for the next two weeks with poorly done nails, but less than ten minutes later (because I work in the same plaza ) decided to not let myself go through that. Went in and told her my problems and she didn’t offer a solution and would not give me my money back. She even resorted to asking the people in the store if they liked it, the fact was I didn’t. It wasn’t the shape I wanted and the paint job was sloppy. Will not go there again, take your money elsewhere
