It was a busy Monday night when I went in about 6:30pm. There was a waiting list but they did not refuse to take me in. Despite how busy they were Hanna took her time and created a new design on my nails! It was way past there closing time and Hanna was very perfectionist on my nails. She continuously asked me if I liked my nails? Or needed another design? Or if I’d like a drink? I felt like at home at this place. Thanks Hanna I loved my nails, I will definitely be back!💅

I love going to this location to get my nails done. I’ve been going here for about the last 6 months straight and I don’t have any complaints. Ask for Hanna if you go, she does a great job!

called and asked them if they had any time to removal my dip and pain with regular nail polish, they said yes in 15 min. I got there in 15 min and they asked me to wait for just a few minutes in the pedicure chair, no problem! After sitting there for 20 min one lady comes up and asks what I need I tell my nails/dip need removed and that I wanted them painted with normal polish, she said she would do dip instead and I told her no I wanted normal polish. She went back to who she was working on (who was no where close to being done) after 10 more minutes I left! Don’t tell a customer you can get them in 15 minutes, then have them wait for 30+ minutes!! So rude, went to Tiffany’s up the street and had a WAY better experience!

I went in to have my dip polish taken off correctly because I didn't want the pain of pulling them off myself at home. Instead of soaking them like they have in the past they pryed it off with an acrylic nail. Ripped my thumb nail off to where it was gushing blood. Tried telling me it was because I clipped my nails too short! Don't blame a customer because you did something incorrectly! All of my finger tips are sore and my thumb is coated in medicine and a bandage. They didn't even try to shape them or make them presentable. I was told I could leave after I washed my hands. I had to file and buff at home. Added a clear coat so they didn't look so damaged. I won't be back to this establishment.
