Had a terrible customer service experience here today. I got a mani/pedi and as I was moving from the pedicure chair to the nail chair, the manicurist moved my purse for me. She set it on the chair while I was getting my nails done.
When I was finished and got up to leave I noticed there was a swipe of my sparkly black toe nail polish color on the leather shoulder strap of my handbag. Because it is an expensive bag, it bothered me. I showed the manicurist and she offered to try and clean it off with alcohol. I didn’t let her as I didn’t want to put any liquid on the light leather strap. I showed the gentleman who rang me up and he didn’t have any resolve for me either but did offer an apology.
I left the salon in complete shock that there was no attempt to correct this after pointing it out to two employees. I called Louis Vuitton immediately to ask what a new leather strap for my purse would cost (or if the polish could be cleaned off). LV advised me to not try and clean the strap as nail polish is not removed from leather without damaging the leather itself. I called SB nails to try and get this resolved. This was within 10 minutes of leaving the salon. It was my thought that the salon would at least cover this cost ($120) to fix the strap on my bag.
I called Sb nails and explained what had happened, the manicurist who did my nails hopped on the call and let me know that she would not be covering the $120, or even a part of this cost. I asked if she would refund my pedicure at least, and she told me that they work hard for their money and she would not refund me either. She asked me multiple times if I feel that it was ‘fair’ for her to have to pay anything to fix my purse. She kept going on and on about how the spot was little and the only thing she could do is try to rub out the polish or place alcohol on it. She even suggested that I got the polish on the purse myself which in this scenario would have been impossible. Accidents absolutely do happen but there was no attempt to correct this wrong. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, or if the salon itself would refund me or pay for a portion of this damage, and she told me no. What I do not think is fair is that an employee of this establishment damaged my property and I am having to cover the entire cost with not even the offer of a refund. I will not be back to this salon as today I had the most expensive mani/pedi ever and worst customer service experience imaginable. It would be my advice that you do not visit this salon unless you want a similar experience.

Love this place!! Everyone is really nice, it's always clean! Highly recommend going here!!

Ryan did my nails and did a fantastic job !!!
I have been to all the nail places around the area and this place was hands down the best !!!
I recommend this place definitely and will for sure be back !!!! There all so nice they did a great job on my eye brows also ! If y’all go ask for Ryan or his wife !
