Have been coming here for years getting my hair colored and cut. All my stylists have been awesome ( I have had many because they move or have babies and leave). Had to try someone I didn't know today and she was great. My favorite shampoo girl is Patricia. She is so gentle and sweet and nice. I forget how wonderful she is until I get one who stabs me with her fingernails or splashes water on me (by accident of course).
The salon is very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. The magazine selection is great and there are many beverages to choose from - different teas and WINE. I think they hire great people to make appointments and greet you when you come in and check you out. And try getting out of there without buying something! They have the most unusual selection of things you didn't know you needed along with jewelry that I just have to have. I have bought a lot of jewelry there. And of course if you need hair products they have a great selection of those also. Think this place is the best in town.

Good experience but service could be better. I spent 6 hours there and it could have been an amazing experience if they had not forgotten about one service and if parking was more affordable. $25 ($22.50 with validation) to park in the garage for 6 hours is atrocious. On-street parking was not an option since the City limits parking to 3 hours.

I'm not sure why the negative reviews, but I have only had excellent experiences at Sugar House. I just had a facial and message and it was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better birthday spa day! Thank you!!

I LOVE this spa - particularly my facialist, Josephine. She is the skin- whisperer and has done amazing miracles on my acne prone/scarred aging skin. Also Rose is a wonderful massage therapist. They would get 5 stars if they provided hair service for a diverse clientele.
