The only reason I honeslty go here is because they can actually do acrylic nails well however, if it were based on customer service I wouldn't go here. All the nail techs are rude and have extremely bad attitudes except for the oldest woman there. I think it's because they know that the customers will come back because they do nails so good 😂😂😂 that kinda sucks though. They literally tell you that they don't care, go to another shop, if you have a complain and you'll write a negative review. 😂😂😂 I've heard them say it MANY times because women tell them this all the time, they just don't give a hoot about customer service, ha ha ha.
Sometimes vendors come in and out of the store to sell products which is understandable, it's the Bronx BUT there's this one guy who comes in the shop and harass the customers for "spare change" and he offers to shake your hand. I didn't have a problem with this at all because I've been going there for years and this man has been coming in for years also. At one point I did shake his hand and I advise you NEVER to do this because your hand will smell bad, mine did, worst mistake ever.
They only take cash, they also do lashes and brow waxing here. Last time I did brow wax here the surrounding skin broke out so I don't do it anymore.
I only do manicure here last time I did pedicure(years ago) I got fungus in my toe and when I told them they denied that I got it from there which is funny because throughout my entire life I've always done my own feet and the one time I decide to do it here that's what happens. They don't care😢😂.
Anyway my advice is go at your own risk I know every time I go that's what I'm doing. Lol.

Gel nails started chipping in a day, terrible customer service!!!! NASTY, RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS!!!! I will never come back here. NEVER!
