They should work by appointment only. This place csm get to crowded because they do such a great job everyone choses to wait.

We had too nail appointments at 11:00am it took one of us 40 minutes after our schedule appointment too get in a chair and I didn’t get too get my nails done because it took a hour for a another chair too be open even tho i had an appointment they put me at a station and the lady left and start on someone else’s nails i’m very upset about this they are very unprofessional and disrespectful

I always have great service and they do beautiful nails. At first back a few years ago they had a man working there that didn't do a good job and I got him a few times. When I wanted to get my nails removed he PRIED them off with a nail file! It was horrible and it hurt so bad but I didn't know any better at that time. Now I know that is not the way it is supposed to be done. Also when he used the Dremel tool he would make it get too hot and I could feel it burning! Thankfully he is no longer there. But now I love it there and they all do a great job.
