This was my second time at this five star nail location.
The polish I selected had enough for only one nail in the bottle. So I had to select something else.
The person who did my manicure did not let me wash my hands before putting the polish on, but used a warm towel that really did not appear to me to be clean.
My nails had polish around the edges of my nails on to the skin surrounding the nail. I did bring it to her attention. She attempted to remove it, but it was still there.
I was ask to pay first before my nails were done. I have been to many nail places and it has never been required of me to pay first.
I decided before I left that I will never ever use this nail place again

WE is awesome, thorough and is an excellent nail technician. The shop is a mess and looks really dirty. There is nail dust all over. They should pay for daily cleaning and sanitizing of everything. Not just tools and tubs.

They are very nasty attitudes . I have been going there for years despite they do good nails some time it’s only a few . I paid 100.00 dollars for the service of Amy and my nails fell off the next day while sleeping in bed. Anna has a nasty attitude. But does do great nail . The own Tina is very busy and never has time for new customers . And wi is the only tech . I recommend. She has a pleasant attitude. It was a pleasure working with her . Other than that . One of the worst place to go..over priced for the service you get. I was charged $10 alone for the length of nails I wanted. The first length was short that they considered long. So in order to get the coffin shape that I wear, which is $5 extra, I got charged another $5 in order to have the correct length for coffin nails..I paid $55 for a Gel full set, coffin nails. They won’t see me again.

HORRIBLE EVERYTHING! LUMPY NAILS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! I had been coming here for about a year and seeing the same person. One day I called in and my guy no longer worked there so I decided to just go in and give someone new a try. I went to a woman (I have no clue what her name is) and she made my acrylic so thick and lumpy when i asked her to make it look more natural she did not she just kept doing what she wanted. She then proceeded to charge me DOUBLE what I have been paying for the past year and said she could take $5 off when I called her out on it. Then about 4 women (including the manager) crowded around my 5 year old daughter and I while I was getting my nails done and began talking about my daughter and debating on whether or not she was a boy or a girl because she has short hair and no earrings. Mind you my daughter was wearing pink and yellow with pigtails. They then turned to me and asked if she was a boy or a girl. SO RUDE!!!! I was so pissed off especially since she's clearly a girl. You could tell there were other clients in there that were in complete shock. I never realized how unprofessional and rude they were because I was clearly seeing the only person in there that was professional and now that he is gone so am I. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NAIL SALON AGAIN!
