The service is ok. Wouldn't recommend hair braiding here, they may give you what you want and messy braids do happen. Pretty pricy at times for the service so, it may be worth it. I didn't come out of my last visit satisfied.

I have gotten my hair done by Ms. Tanya a few times. The customer service is always on point. Hair is always on point. The other stylist have always been kind to me. Thanks yall!

I went in the shop to get my hair done by their braider Soleh. My appointment was originally at 4:00 pm. She contacted me around 3:30 when I was already on my way to the shop to let me know that she would not arrive until 4:30. This already irritated me. I proceeded to send her a picture of the style that I wanted. When I got to the shop she did my hair nothing like what I requested. The braids were large and sloppy. I tried to contact her to let her know that I was not satisfied with her work she decided not to reply. I would not recommend going to her for braids. She does not braid at the level to be working in a shop. My hair looks as if it was done at someone's house for $25. Ladies be aware.
In response to Ms. Tanya she actually never asked me what size I wanted my braids because we were going off of a picture that I had sent her. Also when I contacted Soleh she proceeded to insult my hair instead trying to rectify the situation. As I said no one has reached out to me to offer my money back or for my hair to be redone. This was a huge inconvenience as well as a waste of my time. I do not recommend Soleh as braider.
