I have been to so many nail shops in Charlotte and have had average to good experiences. But I wanted someone who wanted my business and someone I could build a rapport with. On a whim, I decided to try this one. I walked in and told them I was kind of picky about my nails and I need someone who has great attention to detail. I sat down with Jenny and I never looked back. I have been a loyal customer since that first visit, almost two years ago. I go every 2-3 weeks and Jenny gets my nails nearly PERFECT every single time. If there's one little piece out of place or wrong, she finds it before I do and fixes it immediately. I have always felt very cared for and attended to.
The prices here are fair and they are honest in their business. Jenny told me once I needed a new full set. I told her I didn't want to just then, could she please just fix them to get me by. She told me I would be lucky if they lasted two days. I didn't listen. I was back three days later and she just smiled and took care of me.
David is always quick to greet everyone who walks in. He and Jenny love what they do and they take good care of their loyal customers. Mimi does my pedicures and she works consistently until I'm happy. (Again, I'm picky.) All I have to do is tell them what I want or need and they always tell me if that is reasonable and if they can do it. Mimi takes her time with my pedicures and leaves no spot untouched! She's amazing and so funny!
I love Nail Max and I refer all my friends there! :)

Love love love this place. They make you feel like family. The staff is wonderful and attends to your needs. Never once had I had an bad experience. They even make the lil girl waiting feel special like mommy. Great location, low prices, awesome staff.

David and his staff are the absolute best! Every time I get my nails done at Nail Max,it's a very enjoyable experience. They are super professional and very friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else and being as satisfied. Love you guys!

😍 nail max is the best nail shop in Charlotte. I've been going for over four years. Always greeted at the door,, the workers are so friendly and they understand exactly what your asking for. Ask for Mr. David he will put you up on all the new 💅🏽trends from chrome colors to the new fall gel colors. Try nail max once, you will never go any where else.

I asked for my nails to be coffin style they oval shape then on top of that there was acrylic all over my fingers and hands my nails are so thin they feel like they are going to break and every time I touch something my nails hurt
Please do not go there
I asked for my old nails to be soaked off and they popped them off instead of soaking them
If you are looking for your nails look like a child did them then this is the place for you
I read all the reviews on google even asked for the guy David that seem the best and was horrible maybe in this area this nail salon is the best but if you know any better it’s not
