My Wife called and scheduled an appointment but when she arrived for services they had two workers in the salon with about four customers. The man asked if she was a walk-in and she said she had an appointment. The man said we don’t have you down. My wife showed him her phone where she called and he offered her a later time. My wife wanted a manicure and gel polish when she made the appointment. Seems like they take walk ins for full sets of nails over appointments if they stand to make more money and they don’t have enough staff to complete work as scheduled by appointment. Looking through the reviews it seems to be a somewhat common problem for this business.

It is absolutely amazing watching people who are good at what they do, do what they do! I was very impressed with the skill demonstrated! Thank you for the beautiful set of nails!!!

I took my daughter and I to get a full set of nails and pedicure. The gentlemen that did my daughter nail's was very unprofessional rude and did not listen to her. My daughter was 18 and had never had fake nail's done before. She wanted them short and he said just let me do my job ok I know what I'm doing. Most places use cuticle oil once the fake set is on he did not. They have lost my business..

Excellent pedicure and massage. Regular polish choices were ok. Many of them were cheap non salon brands which was a little disappointing. Gel was a $20 upgrade. But the massage and pedi was worth going back for.
