HORRIBLE! I rarely give reviews, but this piece deserves it. I wish I could give 0 stars. I started coming to this place when it first opened many years ago. It was great for awhile. Rapid decline the last couple of years. Rude, bad service, and the last time I went they don't even take credit cards anymore. Julie started out great. Definitely not the same.......

I came to this place because of the reviews on yelp. Julie (the lady who runs the place) set up my appointment over the phone. When I came I showed her the picture and she reassured me that she could do it. I explained that I was attending a wedding out of town and had to have my nails a certain way/color. I wanted the coffin shape and what I got was square shaped nails. I told her I wanted coffin not square and she was not happy she blamed it on my nails, she said it was due to my nailbed. I asked her if she could fix them and she said she didn't have time. I told her I would come back. I was very upset that she didn't show any effort to try to fix for me and had to come back after the weekend. When i came back she was being rude and short with me. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. By the way she charged extra money to shape them and I still didn't get what I paid for. She took 5 minutes to fix but I expected more. All she did was file them which made the nail polish uneven and she didn't offer to reapply the polish. I was very upset and unsatisfied with the service I received. She rushed through my appointment the first time, I felt like the only thing she is interested in is money. When she was done filing my nails, she said to me "obviously I'm not experienced enough, so next time go somewhere else". I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This lady -Julie, is very rude and unprofessional. I'm sharing this hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else. I've never been treated this way. I would not recommend this place, I'm never going back.

It's just the perfect place to get your nails done you don't need so many followers on IG or Facebook is very reasonable for gels he get your nails done they're Friendly Feed to their job the way that you want to nice perfect and fast
