Absolutely awful. A year ago they cut my hair all wrong and told me it was right. Almost cut my husband's ear off twice and man handled him. Today my mother in law took him to get his hair cut. Going back tomorrow to file a complaint and get her money back. Again they abused my husband and messed his hair up royally and told my mother in law they couldn't do her hair because she messed it up. Awful hair stylist. Heather Strickland if I'm not mistaken. Don't go here!!!!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE EVER! CLOSE IT DOWN ASAP ! HORRIBLE HAIR CUTS ALL THE WAY by two different stylist one tried to fix the other and did just as bad .

Best experience at a hair salon by far! I've lived in OKC and I would choose it here over the city salons any day! The reviews on here didn't stop me from going and I'm so thankful because I couldn't get anywhere else to help me with my hair needs. Such friendly staff. They tell you what they believe considering they are the professionals but also allow you to explore. I went from dark brown to blonde and they did a brilliant job! (And I'm picky) They make you feel like you've always known them the way I wish all of the South would. Give this place a chance if you're looking for friendly honesty and a boost of confidence!

Poor service. Descent haircut.
Both phones were off the hook to prevent customers from calling. All employees were outside the mall leaving the store completely unattended. Cosmetologist registration was 6 months expired. (Expired in February) After one employee came in and sat me down, they again left the store for about 5 minutes. Absolutely do not recommend.
