Performed a service on my daughter told me her nails were too short to perform her service correctly got shellac all over her nails and refused to correct it worst experience thy were every type of stereotype known to man. Complaining between each other in their language. Then they want payment when they didn’t complete the service as advertised. Don’t waste your money or time. Please go some place else anywhere else!!!

I came here because last minute my salon was too busy and didn’t have the manpower to do my nails before closing. Immediately walking in I knew it would be a different experience. I was rushed to pick my color then had to debate with one of the technicians whether or not the water for my pedicure was too hot or not and she was determined it was fine BUT it’s my feet in the water not yours and I’M the customer paying. If that wasn’t enough I had my eyebrows arched and she rushed and took too much hair off!!!! Thennnnnnn I get a fill in and was told one price only for it to increase after he was done. I get home 2 hours later washing dishes and I have 3 nails peeling. And of course I’m leaving town tomorrow morning.
The funny thing is they have the audacity to ask if your coming back after they knowingly rushed through your experience. Save your money!!! They over charge and it is LOW quality!!

I had been coming to this business on off for a years. Today was the worst service I ever recieved. My pedi service was rushed today. The owners wife Mai usually gives me great service. Today she rushed to the next client when I already left and came back,due to their credit card machine being down. Only to return and have my pedi service rushed and half done. No hot towels provided as normal, cuticles were not done or my polish done correctly. Her husband polished my toes and rushed them did a horrible job. Additional he debated with me and spoke very rude to me. As the paying customer I was exteemly unhappy and will not ever patronize this establishment ever. I repeat do not patronize this establishment the service is horrible for the lack of clientele they have. This business does appreciate there customers and debate instead of fixing the issue with paying customers

they open at 10am but I can't even get my nails done untill 11 .. Only one person working smh poor service..

This was a terrible experience I️ went on my birthday and asked for a specific design all my nails on my right hand were crooked and I️ had to ask 3 times for her to fix it , even then she did not
