I was super busy today so decided to just go to a nail place near by. I got a full set and pedicure, they charged me $3 more than my usual shop. They showed me the color powder options. (Which aren't many) I settled for this color. My pedicure felt great but again the polish options weren't many. So if I ever go back for a pedicure I would definitely take my own polish. Now for my full set, the pictures say it all. This is after I asked the employee to fix some patches she had left without color powder. All I asked for was short nails, squared and file the sides a little. Idk why some are pointed sideways and upwards. I am so disappointed and I will never get a full set/refill here again. By no means did I rush them so their is no excuse for this kind of work. Completely unacceptable. I paid and left. But I already wish I could just rip these off.
Update: went back the same day and told them how I felt. The manager apologized and said she would remove these and fix them herself. She paid a lot of attention to detail. I am a lot more pleased with her work. She is the same one who did my toes.

I swear it’s only TWO good people in the shop. Mimi and (young) Linda. My sister and I have been going to them for about 2 years now and has never been dissatisfied and you won’t either! Go check my girl out
