Gorgeous atmosphere but went for pedicure and had to ask for tub to be filled with water, ask for jets to be turned on, spa pedicure should be sit back relax soak feet, rub feet and enjoy. the job was rushed and had to que and redirect to slow down, since is was a discount it equalled the budget level of service but not an experience I would pay their regular rate for, would go back for the discounted rate to equal subpar service but wouldn't go back to pay regular rate for budget service. Was asked as we were almost done if we wanted water or something to drink when we should be asked at the beginning. If the idea or goal was to obtain us as a regular client the lack of service would only get me back because it's reasonably discounted

I went to get a cut and showed the stylist a picture of the exact style I wanted. However, she decided to add whatever she wanted and ended up making my hair look awful, with uneven layers and hair extending to like 10 different lengths. Would give a -1 star if it was possible.

This vendor canceled my appointment two hours beforehand. They had available appointments online and allowed me to reserve a spot for my select service and informed me the service is not available two hours before the appointment, even after I called earlier in the day to confirm my appointment. I am leaving the country and am frankly unable to reschedule on their terms. This is extremely poor business practice and very unprofessional.
