First and ONLY time I will be going to this salon. My nails were uneven. I asked them to be short and they were still too long even asking for 'sport' short nails. I shouldn't have to ask three times for the length of my nails to be adjusted and still not see the right length. If I wanted to have the skin around my nails painted, I could have done that by myself, at home for free. The nails on one hand were longer than the other hand. She didn't bother to clean up the skin around my nails, or do anything related to a manicure. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all.

Holly and the girls at River Nails really do exceptionally nice work. As a former manicurist myself, it was difficult to find someone who would do quality work the way I wanted that lasted. So several years ago a friend recommended River Nails, and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. The salon is nice and clean. The service is efficient and the manicurists, men and women, are personable and care about their clients, most that I've seen are regular repeat customers like me. Very fun place to go...my next appointment is today!!!

Ahn or Holly are the only 2 I use. I've been going to River Nails since 2009...not ONCE have I gotten any fungus, amazing selection of colors...types, specialty designs...snake eyes... excellent customer service and the friendly staff will make me a customer forever

RUDEST PEOPLE EVER
Stopped 30 minutes before close, asked if there was time for2 pedis and a mani. Guy at desk was extremely rude with saying No. A "Sorry, we can't " would have been fine. Went around corner to Tips and Toes- They were AMAZING AND GOT US IN with exceptional service!

I will not go back to river nails and spa on river road, they were very rude to me. Then rushed to get my acrylic fill done, I asked for gel polish then when she was finishing up painting my nails it’s got smudged and she wouldn’t fix it. Then on one of my nails she didn’t cure it long enough so I had a bubble of gel polish that popped and got all over my hands.
