Nails not straight, polish lumpy. Tech cut my cuticles and I bled, she really didn't care. All staff very ungracious and unprofessional. Need I say, don't bother going here...

I walked in stood there for 10 mins was never acknowledged and I’m from out of state the phone ring the lady took the phone call and still didn’t say one word to us.

Nails chipped within a few hours. And the nail tech put water in the bottle of polish to make it last longer. Also did not use an orange wood stick to clean the polish off my cuticle...he used his DIRTY THUMB NAIL!! Gross!!! Safe to say I will NOT be returning.

I got the deluxe pedicure and the lady rushed her way through the service. My French manicure paint looked horrible when I asked her to fix it,she just put more clear Polish on it.. I used to come here all the time, but after this experience never again
