Went in today to get my eyebrows done, and unfortunately I came out w burns to my face and leftover wax residue. No attempt was made to take the wax off that got on my face under my eye, it sat there while she continued. I was wincing from the whole time from the hotness and kept touching the spot right after to make it feel better. Ofc anyone could have notice, even her hands were sticking to the burn spots but no attempts were made to get it off my face, nor was there an attempt to get all the remaining wax off. I’m glad I didn’t tip for this

Literally went to get a full set done. I showed a picture of what I wanted and as the guy was doing my nails he was over filing my nails and making the acrylic nails slanted and going sideways. I told him I didn’t like it and asked why my nails were slanted. He told me it’s because my natural nails and the nail bed itself is growing sideways and that he can’t perform miracles. Mind you, I never had this problem at any other salon. I told him to take off the acrylic nails because I got them done for a trip for Florida. He got mad and said oh you just made me waste my time and materials but i wasn’t the one who filed the nails. He was too busy rushing the process to get the other 15 other people who walked in for a set. Would not recommend going there. I had to buy pure acetone from Sally’s in order to get the acrylic nails off because he didn’t even want to get the full nails off! Super unprofessional

I went here about a year ago, & had a the worst experience NEVER WENT BACK! the guy there who speaks pretty good english did my nails when he told me to pick out a color, i picked out a lighter pink. he told me that my skin was TOO DARK for the color & that it wouldn’t look nice, as he was laughing. I made that the very last time i would ever go there!

Amazing!! Took care of my 2 year old granddaughter like she was one of their own! Recommend to anyone!
