Took my girlfriend here and helped her pick out her nails and color and wow was she happy! The people where kind and the service was great. They took their time doing the nails so that they can look their best. I was actually interested in the process that being because ive never been in a nail salon. Everything was great like I said.

I used to be a regular since I moved here but today I went in early for a Basic Manicure (15mins). There wasn't a wait. I was greeted by a nail tech who told me to have a seat. Right when she was about to start on my nails three girls walked in. She stopped serving me and said she was taking them first because they were tourist. She told me since I lived in the city I should wait. I never, ever heard of a nail shop servicing someone based off where they live. They service in order. I have no choice but to think she was being a little racist. The manager is friendly but the people who work for her are rude and unprofessional, which makes her business look bad, and this wasn't my first time receiving bad service here... So I just left and went to Escape Spa & Nails (Magazine & canal) for the first time. They had way better service, did a wonderful job on my nails & most importantly treated all of their customers the same... I'm actually glad I went there and would recommend to anyone looking for better service. If you're on the westbank I recommend Hollywood Nails, I've always had good service there as well and I noticed my nails last longer when I get them done there.

Came here for a wash, blowout and flat iron. Immediately told by stylist he don't flat iron. Blowout became a frizzy mess once I stepped outside. Didnt use conditioner or product for humidity. I was taken as a walk in and got in and out. Flat iron my own hair later. $35 for wash/blowout.

My husband took me yesterday to get my nails after work and I received the worst customer service ever. As I entered no one greeted me the young lady in front desk yelled at me to pick a color and have a seat looking all dumb I did so . So as I took a seat and waited another client comes in and they start on her 1st before me . I waited for 10 mins before a guy serviced it was like no one knew I was there . So as I was serviced another nail technician came to finish his work before she started I had my phone and husbands card on the table and my card almost fell so I moved it and put it on top of my phone face down . And she said “why are you so nervious you want to pay now your gonna pay any ways” I was so furious by her comment I wanted to just get up and leave. So I gave her a second chance as she told me to go wash my hands I return and as I sat down she picked up my credit card and gave it to one of the ladies to charge me . How rude and unprofessional of her to do that she noticed my face turn red and I was beyond angry . I let her finish and the lady at the front approaches me with and iPad to sign and she wasn’t even done . Polite said can you wait because iam getting my nails done and she said no because other people are waiting to pay . I really wanted to scream at her but I contained my self . I was in no rush to pay I could of walked up my self and possibly tip them. Never will I ever step foot in this place again the unprofessionalism is real here.
