Tom and his wife are awesome! They do a great job and reasonably priced. This place should have a higher rating, been going to for years and have several friends that also think it’s great.

I absolutely love these people. Not only do they do great nails but they are kind people. I love how they treat their customers and the quality of nails is always good. They are the best in spokane in my opinion 🥰.

Pros:
- Accepted as a walk-in for a shellac mani-pedi last Friday Aug 9th
- Nice, kind and customer-service oriented young man did part of my pedicure and let me know it was $35 for the service
Cons:
- Terrible quality work; my nails were not properly prepared and then not completely or professionally painted with gaps and missing corners on both my toes and fingers; one little toenail less than 1/2 painted and there was polish left around the nails on both my hands and feet. (Photo of mani is from immediately following the appointment)
- I had to walk in bare feet across the salon and put my feet on a towel used by multiple other clients to have my toes painted by the owner who was sitting on the floor
- The polish peeled within 2 days and my nails looked far worse than before the appointment
- Called and left a message but never received a reply from the business which is poor customer service - much better to deal with concerns when you are contacted.
The final insult was that I was charged $85 which means the manicure was $50 - this total cost of $85 was not even in keeping with the advertised price inside the salon. This overcharging leaves a really bad impression and I will never return here and would not recommend their services at all.

I got my nails done here yesterday and I am really disappointed. My nails are different shapes, not the same length and she didn’t do two coats so the color it’s spotty. They are not professional and definitely don’t do quality work for the price.

Had a really interesting experience here. I sat down at 345pm for a manicure, they put lotion on my cuticles and had me wait a few minutes, they then trimmed my nails, scraped at my cuticles, and told me I was done. It was 352pm. I'm typically not one to complain but I let her know I was going to go actually get a manicure somewhere else since they almost did nothing. She stopped me from paying, put me in a chair, and gave me a proper manicure and then asked me not to pay despite me asking to do so a few times. This place sounds like they do good pedicures, and the manicure afterward was good, but I had to point out that what they did wasn't satisfactory. Her response was impressive and when I'm in town again, I'll be back!
