I am only goving 2 stars because of my nail tech, that never disappoints. I have been a customer for more than 5 years and I am in shock with how they are now. I had an appointment at 11:30, had been calling since before my appointment time and no one ever responded. I get a text message at 11:35 saying my appointment is a no show and that he took someone else. Crazy thing is, if I arrive before my appointment time, I still don't get seen at the time it was scheduled. Reception is horrible, can't even answer the phone. They call you the day of your appointment to tell you that your nail tech is not in, even if you made your appointment weeks ago, without offering reasonable options.

I’m not one to leave a review, I’ve never left one but this experience taught me a lot. I’ve been to this place twice before but this third time it was really disappointing. I had booked an appointment at 6:15 with the person who is considered their “best nail tech” I arrive 5 min early and they’re are still working on someone else so they tell me someone else has to do my pedicure, I say ok because I’m in a rush. I get a gel pedicure everything is fine no complaints. My feet are done and I still have to wait for the nail tech to finish. Once I finally get to him, I’m basically the last client in the salon. I asked for a set of gel acrylics with with one accent nail on each hand. I should’ve known they weren’t gonna come out good the second he touched my hands. The nail tech was so ROUGH AND RUSHED. Honestly I don’t even know how I stayed through it all. It felt like he was gonna yank a nail out. This was definitely not a relaxing experience and you can’t tell he was doing it all with a bad mood just rushed. When he kept filing my nails with the grinder, he kept grinding my skin, my hands basically felt sore after. He was drilling my nails while talking to someone else, literally had the drill on my nails while looking at someone. He left me with crooked nails, it was so bad he still tried to file them after the nails were painted and everything. The design on my nails was bad, I try not complain, but I kept asking him to fix it and he kept getting frustrated cause it takes longer. The design was simple too, 2 cherries. The design on my nails feel so bumpy and the paint bled when he put the top coat on so the red mixed with the white. You can see the green line for the stem under the red paint. When he was applying the gel, I told him the light never turned on, on one of my hands, he doesn’t listen and proceeds to paint over wet get and then tells me to put them back in. I still have leftover acrylic under the nails and the lengths don’t match on both hands. I ended up paying $100, and no I didn’t tip because I got bad customer service and bad nails. It was $45 for a gel pedicure and $55 for acrylics with gel and one accent nail. I came back for a refund and asked only for a refund on my hands because I was satisfied with my feet. Their policy? No refunds(it doesn’t say that anywhere on their store or website btw) After paying for $100 of service I’d expect better. I feel like it’s overpriced for what you’re getting. Please learn from my experience and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

AMAZING! Jennifer did an eyebrow wax and dip powder nail set for me. It was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed and it was not painful at all and very quick and cheap ($10). As for my dip powder I pulled up a picture I found on Google and she was able to execute the design perfectly! Very meticulous and professional. Gentle as well for those of you that get nervous when the cuticle area is being cleaned/prepped like me. Great music playing too

amazing staff, amazing service, super quick and very attentive, 5 star service all the way! i loooove the owners, they are so cute and you can tell they really really care about the customer.

I haven’t had bad experiences here until today. I had my appointment scheduled for 4pm. I arrived at 3:45pm to be told by the receptionist that the technician called out this morning.. Not a phone call or text message saying that my appointment was cancelled... A little unprofessional I would say….
