I walked in with clean nails seeking a light pink gel manicure - probably the easiest job possible. If you aren’t capable of doing cuticle trimming and a light pink manicure that has clean lines, you have zero business being in the nail care business. The result was lumpy, jacked up cuticles that might look worse than how I came in, and unclean lines where the gel is all over my cuticles… the nail tech spent more time trying to clean up her mess around the edges of my nails than anything else. $40 for this? Give me a break…
Edit: Added photos a few days later showing how the gel that was painted over top of my cuticles (because they weren’t pushed back and trimmed correctly) is now lifting, unsurprising.

love my nails! although, the lady who did my nails overcharged me & never specified throughout my appointment that she was doing more than what i asked for & she cut me multiple times, to the point where blood wouldn’t stop rushing. i asked for something so simple & she took 4 hours to do it

I honestly was so happy with my gel pediucure and gel manicure. Megan did a great job, what I am not happy with is 3 days later and my entire toe nail polish came off when I was walking down the steps. Not okay- very disappointed. This has never happened to me and now I have to find a solution when I paid over $100. Real nails by the way.

I was here yesterday7/13/24 and I got a Regular Manicure it was $24.00 I’m surprised! It TOOK over 50Mins to do my Manicure and it’s ready chipping off in 24 hours I won’t be back!

Every detail in the salon is carefully thought out and beautifully executed. The beauty of the technicians enhances the overall experience, creating a wonderful environment. I feel cherished and cared for every time I visit.
