First of all, I shouldn’t even have to give 1 star. This place does not deserve a star at all. I sat here for 45 minutes until someone asked me to sit down for them to start on my nails when there was an available person to start on me once I got here but she was too busy on her phone FaceTiming. Also, the guy started on a lady that was not here before me, came in after me and did a manicure AND pedicure on the lady. One last thing is once I said I changed my mind they started talking in their language and laughing so I don’t appreciate it. We are in AMERICA. Speak English.

Will never go back. The lady who did my nails there made the whole visit there awkward & was completely hateful when I asked to fix one of my nails when she was finished. My nails looked awful. She was fast but did not do a good job & was very rough.

Troy always does an awesome job and shapes my nails better than anyone ever has. The only place in Chickasha I’ll go to get my nails done.

I've never had any problem with them and they always do a great job. I've also had many friendly chats with them I don't know why people think they are rude. Only thing I've ever witnessed was a hateful person being told they had to wait and they didn't like it but they had a line.

These people are the rudest people in a salon I have ever dealt with. Yesterday when I had my toe nails painted they half painted them and left nail polish on my skin around my toes. When I got outside I realized how bad it really was. When she was finished painting my nails she snatched the message remote away from me and told me to get out of the seat. I was trying to keep my cool because my 8 year old daughter was with me. My daughter also had her nails done and messed on nail up because they didn't get her enough time for her to dry before telling her to get up. They started to yell at her in their language. I came back today and asked them to fix my nails. They are rude and I told them they have very bad customer service. She shrugged her shoulders at me and told me she didn't care. If they would have done their job correctly the first time I wouldn't be back. Not to mention when they originally painted them... the lady snatched my foot.
