I went to this salon to do manicure. When I asked the lady that I wanted to do regular manicure, she intentionally did get which I haven’t ask for and she charged me $26. Top of that my nail polish didn’t stay even for two days. The color fade into another. Now, it looks so Ugly. It’s so annoying and waste of money. They are all after money.

The staff do your nails like they're doing you a favor. They clearly hate their job. So rude and dismissive toward their clients. Plus they don't disinfect tools after each customer. They just wipe them. On top of that, their workstations are so dusty. I was there early in the day and it was dirty, so you know they don't clean up.

I couldn't make it to my usual place before my vacation so I decided to walk in here. I needed a gel mani-reg pedi and oddly she sat me down and started the mani. (I'm used to pedi first which will dry while mani gets done; makes more sense) The only positive thing I can say is that she shaped my nails nicely and the mani portion looked nice.
Moving onto the pedi is where it went downhill... My feet got burned from the scalding hot soak ( she didn't check the temp and I had to tell her it was too hot)... She started cutting my cuticles excessively till she cut one of my big toes... Was cutting the sides of all my nails and gave them a shape I highly disliked... Once I sat down to dry my toes she charges me on my card, no where does it state it's a $3 fee to run a card (most places I'd been to is posted $1) and the typical massage that is included at other nail salons was non existent...
The next day after my work day, taking my socks off , the big toe which was cut is very inflamed and now I'm dealing with trying to keep it from getting infected. By far the worst nail tech experience ever!

I went in to try a new place, I did not get greeted, the lady just told me to to choose my color. I chose my color and sat down, she started buffing my fingernails but she would pull each of my fingers pretty harsh, she cut the tips, but didn't bother to shape them until I told her, she then said it would be 5 dollars extra??? What kind of place does that? I told the manager that I wanted someone else and he completely ignored me. She then became spiteful and she shaped my nails completely slanted. In the end she painted my nails and put a regular clear top coat, MY NAILS DID NOT LAST TWO DAYS.. she didn't even put my nails under the uv light. SHE MADE ME DRY MY NAILS IN A CHEAP 99 CENTS TINY FAN. So rude and disrespectful. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here. Horrible service, horrible staff.
