Always in a rush. Don’t take the time out to do a neat job. If you say anything about something missed, they start talking to each other in their native language. This makes me feel like they talking about me. I went twice and it was the same experience. Not going back.

I used to love coming here because a certain lady would do my eyebrows, but when I went in today she told me 30 minutes and so I said okay I'll be back. I came back and she took off too much hair from both of my eyebrows and left sparse areas in them, so I'll find somebody new now after all these years!

I just left after sitting for 45 mins. I get it, I came in an hour before closing. But when I told the nail tech what I wanted, he didn't say how long the wait will be .I found the seats and patiently waited. There were 2 nail techs and 3 girls. I heard drilling the whole time. A woman comes in for the 2 girls to pick up and the nail tech says it's gonna be 15 mins for each girl. Okay, so I wait for an hour and a half and your technically closed now? What a joke! I won't be back.
