Very rude customer service every time. The person on the phone is always rude even when I am trying to make any kind of appointment. Their pedicures were painful and she even cut me a little on my manicure. I really don't understand why they can't be a little nicer to paying customers. I highly don't recommend going here. I've been here 3 times and shame on me because every time was a nightmare.
