Long line, then got passed over because the guy comes to the front desk, mispronounces and basically whispers my name from behind a mask. But that's supposedly my fault. Then realizing their error I was still made to wait for someone else to go ahead of me. Tech tried to upsell me on a child's polish after she said that the service couldn't be performed on a child. Tech told me to go somewhere else to get the dip polish. Tech got mad I'd messed up one of my nails. Tech got mad I flinched when her sanding tool was burning MY nails and cuticles. She got mad because I told her an easier, less painful way to remove polish. Can't go back there I spent all afternoon and was treated rudely. I didn't bother getting a wax because I just wanted to get out of there.

Went to get my nails done with my two daughters. Store was crowded and they said we could leave a phone number. No one called so I came back to check and see where we were in the line. I was told they could no longer do my nails and they forgot to call us. We wasted a lot of time and we were unable to get our nails done. The gentleman was very aggravated that I felt he should still do our nails and said he was loud because he was tired. This is no way to manage a business especially when a customer leaves their phone number. I would never try to use their services again.

Went there with my daughter yesterday. The salon wasn't busy, they rushed us to the pedicure chairs without allowing us to pick out our color. They began to rush through the pedicures. My technician asked what color I would like. My response was that I did not have the opportunity to pick one. She then offered to get me a color. I told her no, she insisted and began naming shades, finally I said, "No, I prefer to choose my own." Reluctantly she allowed me to get one. A similar circumstance for my daughter, however the nail technician working on her tried to give my daughter a random color that was on her tray!
I have gone here in the past, but have never been so rushed nor experienced the lack of customer care. Truly disappointed, we won't be back. It only takes one bad experience to lose a customer.

I have been going to Tina for about a year and she does the best nails. She always takes the time to make sure they look perfect!

Not very clear on there pricing (a pedi is $25 and with gel jumps to $40 yet a $15 refill with gel was $28) and by the time I got home my gel nail polish was peeling on my toes. As my nails were being done I was cut multiple times even bled, and my nails were filed so thin that in less than 24 hours of having them done I snapped 2 right in half along with the acrylic lifting off my nails. Safe to say I won't be returning
