inconsistent pricing! They don’t have their prices posted, which is always a red flag...they basically go off from your appearance. At first I asked how much is “Gel full set” and the man told me “starting at like hmmm, $45” so, which is not bad. When I was sitting at his station, already working on my nails, he said it’s $55 for short/med nails...and at the end I asked for my total, and he said “$59.31”
Haha, are you kidding? Where did the 31 cents come from? They’re so inconsistent and on top of that, the procedure itself was pretty painful. I would tell him and all he would say is “stay still”
All I got was basic, all one color short gel nails and he charged me for some weird nonsense.
Maybe the girls are better but he’s just bad.

The WORST experience I have ever had at a nail shop. I left BLEEDING. The mother or grandmother is the one who performed my mani-pedi. I’m new in town and wasn’t sure which service to go for so I went with a basic mani-pedi. After an almost 30 minute wait during which time I looked at the list of services to decide what I want. I get to the back and she brings up another price list with a bunch of random information. I don’t like to be rushed, and thought to myself, if that was the service menu you use, why is that not up at the front so customers can look through and decide un-rushed, rather than having someone literally standing over them waiting for them to decide? I didn’t say this though. I told her—well one of the younger ladies who worked there helped me explain to her— that I wanted the basic service. I guess she didn’t like that I did not choose a more expensive service? Not sure.
Those who have been to a nail shop know when a technician is being rude, just from her mannerism. Rather than motion or say to switch feet so she can work on the other, she would just tap my feet or shove them, very weird. But I stayed quiet and respectful because she’s elderly, and I wasn’t raised to make a fuss, maybe she was having a bad day. The pedicure was RIDICULOUS. The actual work on my feet was over in 5 minutes, poorly clipped cuticles and then she rubbed my feet with a pumice-type pad and some miserable warm rocks.
I already had a bad feeling about continuing with the manicure seeing how terrible the pedi was, if the mani was anything like the pedi, it would be subpar at best. But she was already set up, and I didn’t want to be rude. When she started working on my hands I was just underwhelmed. The cuticle clipper was so dull she was literally just ripping the cuticles off. AGAIN, I was quiet. No point making a fuss. I just planned to never return. Then she CUT ME. I kid you not. She cut my cuticle so deep I was bleeding, like drops of blood pouring from my finger— I didn’t even know that was possible from a cuticle clipper. So either this woman is grossly inept or she did it on purpose. Either way, I just stood up, said nothing to the girl as I went to pay FULL price for a terrible pedicure and a manicure from hell. I wasn’t seeking a discount, couldn’t care less, which is why I quietly paid, without mentioning to her I’d been cut. But the bleeding was so much I had to ask for a tissue at the front, then the young lady tried to put some “medicine.” Do you know how bad one has to be, and how horrible the tools have to be to cut someone that deep?
In all my years, I have never had an experience so bad. If I could give zero stars I would. Go at your own risk. Hopefully they clean their tools appropriately and are not going around cutting people and passing around blood-borne diseases. I only came here because there are very few options in town. I should’ve stayed home.
