My husband and I have each seen Dr. Ritchie multiple times over the last several years and have always gotten excellent care. He's always very clear on what caused the issues we're dealing with and the best course of treatment. We don't ever plan to go anywhere else.

When i went in they assured me that they had pre-certified insurance so I paid a copay. That was in 2010. The reality of it was they had not. Got a Bill for almost $500. My insurance said that they were never contacted. Richie's office said THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO FILE. BY THE TIME I KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT IT IT WAS TOO LATE TO FILE. THANKS FOR NOTHING!
