I would just like to say that I’m not one to get my nails done too often but when I do I’m pretty specific on what I want and like. I had the pleasure of having Kelly as my nail artist and she did AMAZING I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went above and beyond. I appreciated that she took her time and was very articulate about getting the design I wanted down to a tee. For as nice as this nail salon was I also thought the pricing was pretty reasonable and not to mention it was very clean ! Definitely coming back I left as a very satisfied customer !!

I recently moved to Gilbert and needed a great nail place. This is it! I was with my previous nail girl for 10 years so it's hard to start over. After wearing acrylics for a decade I wanted something new. I tried dip. I had Lilian do my dip manicure and I absolutely LOVE her. She's funny, very meticulous... She did THEE best job with my nails. They are perfect. I didn't have the best dip experience the very first time but Lilian perfected it. I never take advantage of their vast drink options, but they have everything from soda to wine. They are especially careful during this COVID scare so be prepared to wear a mask and have your temp taken at the door before you wash your hands! They're amazing!

Like many other reviews state, this place is easily the nicest, friendliest nail salon I’ve been to in Arizona. Everyone was very kind and the customer service was beyond anything else I’ve experienced. This place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I love that they use individual little files and buffers. It was $50 for an upgraded pedicure with gel polish which is about standard in my experience. Lillian was fantastic, her massage was wonderful and she was engaging but not intrusive. This will be my new go to salon no doubt. Keep up the good work Palace Nail Lounge!

Palace Nail Lounge is a very beautiful place to relax and get your nails done. They serve you a complimentary beverage including alcoholic beverages per person per day. The staff is friendly but not all of them do an excellent job. I have gotten several pedicures done since they opened and have been disappointed in the outcome a couple times. I’m learning which staff is going to give me the service to my expectations. The prices are higher than most in the area.

This was an amazing experience. I brought my sister and her children here for the first. Tammy was wonderful with my nephew (first pedicure) who was nervous and unsure about a guy getting a pedicure. She made him feel very comfortable and did a great job with conversing with him. My sister enjoyed Mikes sense of humor, kindness and light touch. My niece( first pedicure) had an exciting experience with her technician who was very mindful to my nieces skin sensitivities. (Sorry, we cant remember this lovely ladies name.) I had Chris who had a very warm aura, was cheerful and had a nice and gentle touch. Just so thankful for their service and treating everyone with respect and courtesy. Something that my sister and her family really needed at this point in their lives. So thank you Palace Nail Lounge. We will return!
