Okay! This place use to be my go to place. They are over priced but I always get my foot massage for an extra $10 with no problem. I went here recently (last month) never going back! Usually tip would cost $20 plus feet it would be the most for me $40. I paid near $80 I had my feet massage and my tips done (not a good job by the way and it was my first time doing my nails) I usually only do my feet. When I was leaving out she came to me and said “put tip here” umm I almost spent $80 and now you want me to add more money plus I am not happy with my tips. I couldn’t even get a design not even for an extra charge, I asked. I told her next time I come I will give her a tip. I have done that before. This lady said NO YOU GIVE ME TIP NOW!!! she had me on a good Day I told her she is not getting a tip and she better stop trying to force me to give one. A tip is if you want to give one, if you are pleased. She was busy laughing up a storm with her co workers and shaking from lagging while painting my nails. When she seen she wasn’t going to get one she spoke in her language saying something about me. Well!!! I always tip Good when I do and I meant it I was going to come back and give her tip BUT now she have lost me as a customer. This place is not worth the over priced mean insults. Last time before this I excused them trying to tell me to put my feet in water that had hair in it. They cleaned it with no problem. But this was the last straw. I can get better service at a cheaper place!!!

I made an appointment and arrived promptly only to be told to wait for 15 minutes rudely. I thought let me not be quick to judge. 25minutes went by while 2 girls sat without a customer. I clearly asked on the phone when making an apppintment if they did silk wrap filling or sns filling and she said yes. She did an awful job it truly was a waste of money. My nails look lumpy and are shaped crooked. Aside from being rude, they don’t show professionalism. While I was thereAnother customer complained about her pedicure. Overall I don’t recommend this nail place. They don’t take their time with manis and pedis, it is done in a rush. I’ve lived and grown up in the neighborhood for 15 years and this was my second time here. Definitely not returning.

Manicures are very nicely done. I cant say the same about the toes.

Second time I have visited. First time I walked out before even choosing colours as the woman that was there was so rude - ended up walking 2 blocks down, going elsewhere that was the same price and they were far more pleasant. Needed a Shellac removal and standard mani this eve and other place closed at 8.30pm but this was still open. Barely hospitable - went in and asked if they were still taking customers several times but just got blank looks until a customer piped up they shut at 9.30pm. However, they shaped my nails nicely and did a tidy paint job. Just don't expect any niceties.
