Normally they are awesome. This time cut my neice and burned my feet for the pedicure.

I had my gel nail polish removed temporarily for a surgical procedure. and I asked her to be careful so she doesn't destroy my natural nail. She continued to peel, and file my own nail destroying them. She didnt shape them evenly and left gel polish still on. I usually leave a good tip but not today. I used to like going there
