Worst nail place ever! Do not go here, they cheat you and do an awful job then pretend they conveniently don't speak English all of a sudden. Save your money and find a clean salon... it's a dump there.

Terrible customer service!!!! I have been going
To this location for 3 years now and never had been treated so terrible. My daughter had gone there to get her nails done and they said her card got declined, when I checked our account they clearly took the money out.( she is 13) She paid cash to settle the transaction and then checked her account to assure she had money in her account. They indeed took the money out of her account. When I went down there to talk to the lady, she acted as if she didn't understand English when I was trying to explain the situation to her. The co owners "brother" Nick assured me it would get taken care of in the morning when the manager came in that handled all transactions and cash. I then called the manager first thing in the morning and he immediately just said there's as no transaction of her payment. So I went down there to show my bank records, and automatically he was on defense mode as soon as I walked into the building. I showed him my phone with the payment out and he proceeded to tell me his closing statements show nothing. Mind you he was very rude and nasty towards me. Even telling he doesn't care what my phone says that we actually paid for the service. When he called the bank and gave them the card number, the did end up finding the transaction. They said they went exactly sure what was going on but it did get an authorization number but it will take 7-10 days to get my money back. I've worked in retail for 15 years and I get situations will happen but the manager was very very rude and had no respect for customers. All he had to do is explain the situation nicely and I would have been underatamding. On average between my daughter and I, we spend about $150 there a month. I will never go to happy nails in general because how terrible this guys treated me. His name is DO, such a rude individual and does not need to be in any type of customer service or any job that relates to interacting with people in general because he has terrible social skills.

Trish always looks after me really well! Compared to other places I've been to over the last ten years of having acrylics mine have always lasted much longer from happy nails. They are smoothed to my nails a lot better so no lift as my nails grow. They are perfect thickness and have never cracked on me! So happy with the service!

Always so grateful for Michelle as she does an amazing job every time. I love how my nails last when she does gel polish and she's always smiling.
