This was my first visit at Matte and I love it! Eric was very detailed and did an amazing job with my nails. The pedicure was very relaxing. Will definitely be coming here again!

Let me start by saying the quality of service is nice. I like my nails .However there are certain requirements that CDC require for business to open back up. I witness the salon DID NOT practice the following. 1. They do not check temperatures upon entering 2). They DO NOT ask you to wash or sanitize your hands before service. 3) They DO NOT disinfect before or in between service . ALL of these ARE requirement of CDC to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.. There are sanitizer at each station but they do not ask nor enforce customers to use it. Not 1 customer used it the sanitizer besides myself . The techs do not wash there hands in between customers Which is also a concern. This salon can use a lot of improvement in protecting workers as well as customers . Below are Covid guideline from CDC’s website that ALL salons should be practicing .
Clean and Disinfect high-touch surfaces (places where a lot of people might touch).
1)For high-touch surfaces, use products that are EPA-registered. Always follow the directions on the label. When EPA-approved disinfectants are not available, you can use alternative disinfectants, for example, diluted household bleach solutions, or rubbing alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol, appropriate for surface disinfection.
2). Consider doing daily in-person or virtual (phone or video) health checks (like symptom and/or temperature screening) of employees before they enter the facility
Screening options could include taking employees’ temperature and making sure they do not have symptoms before coming to work. Symptoms of sickness might include having a fever, or having chills, coughing, or trouble breathing in the past 24 hours.

DISINFECTING BETWEEN CUSTOMERS IS IMPORTANT TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19

This is one of my favorite salons. My acrylics have lasted about a month and they don’t break easily. Everyone is so nice. Highly recommend this place.

Loved our pedicures and manicures! My husband got the buffed nails and paraffin we were in pampered heaven !!!
