I usually love this place, but I showed up at 5:20 when they're open until 6 and they wouldn't take me. With empty chairs and three employees standing around I was a bit surprised. Not only that but the page here says they're open til 7. So definitely call before you go!

The Latina women who do the pedicures are some of the best. However the others who do the manicures are so busy talking, answering the phone, etc., etc., that your nails are an afterthought. And when one cut my cuticles so close that they bled, she blamed it on my dry cuticles. (So it's MY fault I was bleeding. Really?)

I've been here twice for acrylic extensions and my first experience was amazing. Annie did my nails for such a cheap price compared to other places. In fact, I thought she did better than the spas I've went to before finding Graceful. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and She got the shape (coffin) and length exactly how I wanted and they lasted a little more than a month. However the second time I went Annie wasn't working, so I had to settle for Grace. I also showed her a photo, but she wouldn't let me get the length I wanted claiming that it was too long and I guess SHE didn't like long nails so she made them way shorter than I wanted. Unfortunately the nails began falling off after a week and I highly doubt it was because of what I was doing with my hands ... I hardly did anything that could damage them. I always get shellac polish on my extensions and the shellac was just peeling off my nails within a week.. Maybe it was the polish or the application? Because when Annie did mine the polish didn't chip or peel at all.. So if you guys ever do give this place a shot, try to get Annie she's awesome. Just show her a picture and she'll get the idea.
