My friend and I had deluxe pedicures and both ladies did a wonderful job. The next day I had a French manicure done and she did great, she was friendly, quick, and efficient. I asked for custom sunflowers and she did them perfect.

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday. I finally was in town for my daughter's graduation & decided to use it. When i went in to get a pedi the lady whom i guess may have been the owner would not honor the gift certificate because the person who signed it no longer worked there...smh. So basically they stole the money. So be careful buying gift certificates and who signs them. Because if you do not use it right away or before the person stops working there they will not honor it. That's very bad business. And basically theft.

Out of all the nail salons I've visited since I've lived in Big Spring this is my favorite place to go and get a pedicure or a manicure. They are very knowledgeable, professional and polite. On this trip I got a pedicure and they decorated my toes with flowers.

Really disappointed in my nails. I had a manicure with shellac and a pedicure with regular polish. Both my fingernails and toenails are uneven. The shellac on my nails is bumpy. It is more thick in some places and thin in over places. Two different nails had hairs in them. The shellac is also on some of my cuticles and goes beyond the sides of my nails.
My toes are not as bad, but there is a pink speck in the middle of my big toe(which is completely white polish). Other complaint about my toes, you can see where the clear coat is and where it’s not... between the pink spec and the hair in two of my fingernails, I’m absolutely annoyed.
The whole time I was there, it felt rushed. Which was annoying. Almost like I was a burden to be there, but they weren’t really busy.
I’ve never had these things happen when I pay to have my nails done. It’s crazy, I could have done this job myself.
