Beautiful Nails doesn't even deserve 1 star. One of the ladies that works there is extremely rude. After getting my gel nails done here my nail beds are extremely sore and are bleeding under the nail. Do not go here! Not only is customer service terrible they do not know how to professionally do nails. They do not clean or push down your cuticles their nail polish chips within 3 days. The prices aren't cheap either. The ladies will leave you unattended while a new customer comes in the store and leave you waiting( during your service)..WROST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!

The price suddenly changed after they did my nails, the man spoke on speaker phone loudly in his language to someone the entire time while doing my nails, and shaped plus cut my nails without asking which shape or length I wanted. Honestly wouldn’t recommend going back... and my nails look sloppy around the edges/ cuticles.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I was changed $62 for a fill in and to get my toes PAINTED. $62 freaking dollars!! Very rude owners, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. They should be shut down!!!!! I’m convinced they charge for even CONVERSATION! This place gets NO stars! AWFUL BUSINESS!

My mother and I went there for mani/pedis. We were rudely greeted and when I was having my pedicure, I felt a sharp pain in the underside of my toe. I looked at it and it was red but that was all I could see at the time. The toe continued to hurt for days after and it got infected. A small piece of plastic was embedded in my toe and came out days later! It obviously broke off the instrument he was using on my feet. I had noticed he kept looking at my toe but thought he was looking to see if he had cut it. He didn't say a word to me about it. Never again will we go to this place!

Paid for a gel full set. Asked for short square tips and they are all different lengths and they look horrible, not to mention I got passed off to someone else because the lady I sat down with didn't want to do my nails.
