Wow! Best pampering I've ever had. My pedicure lasted 3 weeks, and I've even been to the pool!

Everything seemed to go well until the nail tech started shaping my nails, they were never even and they didn’t all seem to have a the same shape. I told her to fix them she did somewhat fix them but i did not want to go back and forth with her, so i left it. About a week later i began to feel an itching/ painful sensation on my middle finger nail and i noticed it looked like a bruise. It seemed to keep growing and when i went to the Doctor i had a nail infection. I have been getting my nails done many times and this has never happened to me and this was my first time getting my nails done at this place and it was a bad experience.

Went there for 20 years and then today had the worst idiot do my mani pedi ! I waited weeks they stick with a new girl who then tries to do a spa pedi without asking and since I have been going there for so long I knew what she was trying to do add more to the bill! Here is where it gets even worse when I checked out she charged for a span pedi and $5 for color removal!!! Hello she must be a real special idiot I am a MAN there is NO color on my toe nails and I prefaced this review by saying I had waited weeks!! There was not a hint of clear coat left on my toe nails. The nails were cut crooked and not my cuticles on my toe and hand nails were atrocious very spotty!! So this is what Oh Nails did to a 20 year client! I mean a great 20 year client I always always tipped I was there at least once a month and never complained but this time I had enough. The girl was rude about it the whole time. So I warn you all they are a terrible shop they tried again to overcharge a 20 year client and put me with a beginning rude non talented idiot nail technician. I see other reviews that people said they have gone downhill and it's very true!! Don't say I didn't warn you people !!

Folks, I want to like this place. In fact, I used to love this place but in the last 6 months this place has deteriorated. I stopped going here over the summer because my nail technician left and I had a sub-par experience. This review is based on my experience on 2/4/18.
I went in on Sunday afternoon to get a pedicure and filling. My pedicure was alright…. No issues there. I was then led to a nail tech who was to trim my nails, fill the nails and shape them. Pretty standard. After she trimmed the nails, I informed her that I wanted almond shaped nails. I wanted the same shape that I walked in with. She said ok. She began filing and proceeded to destroy 3 nails. I stopped her and informed her that my nails were pointy and incredibly short. She then said, “oh, you wanted almond shape?”
This is when I should have cut and run. But she had already started and mistakes happen. So, I said, “you know, you have already ruined the shape, so cut the nails down and make them neat”. She cut the nails and started filing and shaping. I pointed out to her that the nails were uneven and poorly shaped. They were neither round nor square. After asking her to make the shape even and neat multiple times, I asked her to stop working on my nails.
I went to pay for my pedicure and asked to speak with the manager. This is where this place went from a 3 to a -5.
This lady was combative, unapologetically racist, and insinuated that I did not want to pay which is why I told the nail tech to stop. At no point in this interaction with the nail tech or the manager did anyone apologize. Rather than be customer focused, I was stereotyped, rudely informed that I could go since I was not happy with the service. Yes, I, a paying customer was racially profiled, rudely stereotyped and essentially told to leave the store.
I showed the manager my nails and she had the audacity to say, “they are not bad, but if you want me to fix it I can” (pictures below). Meanwhile still no apology. I asked her how she intended to fix my now too short and horribly shaped nails. Additionally, I pointed out to her that not once have I received an apology. And that it was insulting to insinuate that I did not want to pay. In the year and half that I have been coming here, I have always paid and tipped 20%.
To conclude, I left feeling dejected, frustrated and offended. My nails were horribly done and rather than taking responsibility for the mistake, I was harassed and insulted.
If you are a woman on color, please find an alternate place to be pampered. I like the location but this experience left a foul taste in my mouth.

NEVER AGAIN. RIP OFF. Worst experience. I walked in knowing I had an hour until I needed to leave. She had promised it would be done and persuaded me to sit. This my first time ever here. I had heard great things. It’s been 24 hours now and my nails still throb. I asked for a gel full set. What I received was not gel. In fact it was acrylic. Underneath my nails I still have acrylic gunk, who tf wants the tip of their nail to be double in width than the fricken beginning of it. I asked my nails to be done rounded to a point or “coffin” and I left in a rush with what appears to be blue tic tacs superglued to my nails. NEVER AGAIN. RIP OFF.
