Horrible I hated my nails!!! I always go to a nail place in Chula Vista but since I was at Plato’s next door I decided to just go there to make my trip shorter and I usually just get powder on top of my real nails because of work rules and they did just that but I kept asking the lady to make my nails less thick and they are still thick!! And the French tip is so off I had to pay $57 almost $60 and she was staring me down till I just tipped two dollars and no thank you even after I hated my nails if I could rate zero stars I would.

Was looking for a new nail spot. Came here had to wait about a half hour. I normally get old school square square nails, but today I decided I would try coffin nails instead. What I got was not coffin nails but very oval. I even showed her a picture of the shape that I wanted. The older lady that did my nails kept scrubbing my my cuticle and sides of the nails with the nail sander to which I pulled back quite a few times apparently she didn't understand that she was hurting my nails. Today they are sore and I'm stuck with nails i hate.I don't think I'll be back. I paid $50 for nails I can't stand.

Never did I think I'd drive out of my way to be get my nails done but here I am. The friendly staff are ready to attend to any of your needs and offer you a beverage during service. I got a a full set and a spa pedicure with gel and gel removal for $120 including tip. The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are polite and respectful . I'll be coming back with friends .

I would give 0 stars but it is not permitted. The owner (David) did my nails. I asked for them to be cut down and filed thin so that they did not look as thick. He ignored my request. Then after the gel polish was applied and top coated, he filed down the front of some nails and the sides so that they acrylic was showing underneath. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN!!!! Horrible service!
