I really wanted my gel tips removed and a dip manicure but the gentleman insisted that I get a fill instead. They look very pretty but I really wish he would have just done what I wanted. No complaints whatsoever about the quality or service, but I didn’t receive the service I came for. Thankfully they look quite natural but dip is just so, so beautiful and more natural looking. Overall, great work.

5 stars! I’ve been coming here for a year and it’s the best! I won’t go anywhere else. Lan is my favorite technician, but everyone there is very friendly and makes you feel welcome.

My daughter and I had a mani/pedi in early fall. They apparently had just gotten a new on screen system for payment. The cashier was having so much trouble checking us out that she even called someone that was trying to help her to process my credit card. It took so long that my daughter just ended up paying cash including a tip so we could leave. When i received by cc bill, there was a charge on it that they were going to cancel since we paid cash. I wrote them 2 letters asking for a refund or credit and did not receive any answer from them at all and have given them weeks to reply. Not a good way to conduct business. My fault for not getting a receipt for the cash payment so I had no proof that I paid the the service twice. Beware.

I received a full gel set from Lan and she did a fantastic job! She was very friendly. She was so patient with my indecisiveness. I couldn't be more satisfied with my nails.
