I went to this place on a Saturday to get my nails done and notice on a Thursday that majority of all my nails were lifting up underneath them when someone ask me to see my nails and where I got them done at. Now, this was my first and last time going there, I was just trying someone new. Next time I will stick to where I normally go. But I called and I told them about the problem but I couldn't come in that Thursday or Friday due to class and work. But when I talked to her Saturday on the phone to tell the lady about my nails, she said to come in and we will fix them for you. I came in that morning and had to leave bc I had to go to work and the guy (Dominique) was busy with another client. So, when I went back that afternoon for him to fix a job that he didn't do right the first time. They charged the full price for a fill in. Now, remind you that this was a fresh set that he had did a few days before. So, if you felt like a fill in was necessary that should tell you that you didn't do a good job in the first place. Now I see if I had, had several fill ins and it was time for me to have them soaked off and redone because that happens on old acrylic nails, but this was a fresh set. I wouldn't recommend this place ever, because usually when someone knows they messed up and it's their fault they correct the problem and make their customers happy. And I definitely would never take my business back. And had I know before I sat down to let him fix them that they were going to charge me a fill in price, I would have took my money elsewhere and let someone I know does a good job the first time around and if anything happens that's their fault they fix them for free. Thank y'all for nothing and I definitely want give yall any of my buisness ever again.

I was in last week with an entire bridal party. We were quoted a price and explained that some would be getting tips or overlays instead of manicures. We were told that was ok they just pay the difference. Instead we were charged the stand alone price for a pedicure and stand alone price for tips or overlays. We called ahead of time so they would be prepared for such a large group. Instead of trying to work with is on the price to keep the customer happy they were not budging and insisted it was our fault. My nails for example instead of offering a bundled price for pedicure and overlay I had to pay full price for both AND when asked if I wanted gel I was told they would last longer but not that they were $10 more! PLUS they chipped after 3 days! Then they charged extra for French manicure. They overlay was thick and she left burs on the underside so they catch on everything! They even overcharged the bride by $40! Very unprofessional and do not care about if the customer is happy. If it had been just me there it would not be that big a deal but they had 7 there for nails and pedicures. We are talking almost $500 just for what the bride paid ($35 per person plus her nails and pedicures and her daughters). That's not including the extra $20 to $30 per person extra we had to pay. They could have worked with such a large group on the pricing since they quoted one thing and then changed it and added extra once everyone was done! We figured up what the bride should have been charged based on what was done and they overcharged by $40 us she's a nice person and even tipped so they made even more off her!

I've been to a lot of nail places in Dothan this one is by far my favorite. They do amazing on my pedicures

today is 6/25/17 and i got my nails done last week. i got a full set french tip done and usually i love this place! they're always my go to. but i've had my
nails on for only a week and one of my nails have already broke off. very disappointed in how they turned out.
