I came to get my little sister as well as my nails done because of the reviews.
I get there for my scheduled apt all is well
I got acrylics.... my 14 year old little sister was just getting her nails painted black & white... Here lies the problem, when asked did my little sister want regular Polish or gel Polish, it was stated to that she wanted regular Polish... the reason why we were not going to get gel Polish is because my little sister's nail beds or oily, I've done them about 3 times previously and they all came off within 2 to 3 days. The nail tec that was doing my nails along with her nail tec said gel Is better & it last longer... I then proceeded to tell them 2 more times because it was just an ok from them... that we want regular polish... she comes over as I'm getting my nails finish and Steve proceeds to tell me how much it was.... and I asked him why it was more... me & my sister did not get anything special done.... he then said because my little sister got gel polish. Seriously !!!!!!! I said not once or twice but 3 times to put regular polish on her nails. So not only did you do something I asked you several times not to do you belive it's okay to charge me because your nail tec decided to do what she wanted to do. & steve proceeded to argue with me about it instead of coming to resolution! ... I'm an extremely annoyed and will never come to this shop. If i'm coming in for a service I expect my request to be honored and not to be charged for something I absolutely did not ask for!

Charged an extra $5 for the shape of my acrylics without notifying me. All they asked is what shape i wanted my nails without telling me about the extra charge. They did a poor job on the shape and the painting the nails too. Won’t be coming here again.

Kim is always wonderful and talkative. It in nice to be able to converse with someone that you are spending a couple hours of your day.

Another great visit and service with Glamorous . always feel valued thru the check ins when I visit. I appreciate that the goal is for the customer to walk out happy because always feel the effort. You already had me for nails. You get what you pay for and the extra few dollars for a sanitary pedicure is worth it. They use natural products and disposable kit. Highly recommended!
