I've never had an issue here. I make an appointment and they get me in right away. I've had my nails done by 3 separate people and they've all done a great job!

I would give a 0 if I could! Went there for years horrible customer service and it's ghetto as hell! Took my grand daughter there for her birthday and they were smoking weed and very disrespectful I ended up leaving and they use the same equipment on everyone instead of new! I have reported to Dept of health and better business bureau!

Will never be going here again. Had an older gift certificate to "Nail Salon". I called and they said they would take it. Went in, my daughter had her mani-pedi, then they tell me it's not their certificate.... Even though the location is written on there and SAME NAME. Said it was not theirs and showed me their certificates. They told me it must be from previous owner. I said "This certificate has the name or YOUR business and location." and then explained that even though they bought or acquired this business from another, THEY are responsible for the outstanding services that were paid for in a certificate. She refused. It was only $12 certificate. Really? Cheapskate! And she didn't even apologize. Wow. I will be spreading the word. I'm a teacher and interact with many many local people daily.... That will be the most expensive $12 they ever refused. Bad business!!!!!!

Nails lasted 4 weeks and they are beautifully done.
