My friend and I went in for pedicures. After seating both of us, Mary started on my feet. She kept asking if I wanted gel polish and I kept telling her no. After a few minutes, someone came up to my friend and told her she would be doing her feet, but she was going to eat some lunch first! Once Mary got done with the spa part of my pedicure, she asked me again if I wanted gel and I told her no. She went to get the color I picked out and cane back and told me they were out of the regular color, but they had that color in the gel polish. Again, I told her I didn’t want gel and to just match the color I picked as closely as she could in the regular. She then proceeded to dry my feet, put my shoes on, and told me to go pick the color myself. My friend and I were chatting when Mary finished and grabbed my purse and shoes. I asked her if I could stay and talk to my friend until hers’ was done and Mary told me no. She rushed me up front to a chair, brought me a piece of paper with my total on it, wanted to know her tip, and then immediately brought out the tablet for me to pay right there at the chair.

Busy salon, had appointment and was taken right back for mani/pedi. The nail technician did a good job. The guy I came in with had a far better pedicure massage than I did, I was a little jealous.

Just wanted to leave some critical criticism/feedback from my SNS mani today. I’ve been to digits multiple times and even came to digits to get my nails done before my fiancé proposed to me(which on that day, they did a great job and the nail tech took her time to take care of me). Today, I was rushed through my manicure and was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I understand that it gets busy but I was rushed through my manicure, moved to the drying lamp station before the manicure was even finished so another lady could sit in my seat, then my nail tech(Karen) proceeded to finish my manicure as she stood up while I sat at the drying lamp station, then went to assist the other lady and came back over after a few minutes to put lotion of my hands. As a result of being rushed, some of the polish on my nails looks uneven and lumpy making my nails look weird and a few black hairs from the brush are painted into my nails(which could’ve been noticed had it no been rushed). I wasn’t going to leave a tip but then Karen proceeded to be the one who checked me out even though the hostess/greeter was standing right there at the cash register as well so I felt pressured/obligated to leave her a tip since my nail tech was the one checking me out/asking about leaving a tip. I understand lapses in service but I left unhappy and too uncomfortable to speak up right after my service.

Definitely going back. Didn't have to wait and was in and out in no time. The service was great and they employees are really nice.
