Horrible service. Their menu is misleading. We asked two different people how much our service would cost and were told the same thing as the menu said. Then we got charged nearly double that. The nails came out lumpy and uneven. The gel polished look different than the samples we are given to choose from. Staff was rude. Multiple cuts on our fingers. Would never recommend to anyone.

Worst nail experience ever. We were quoted a price and after doing our nails that price doubled. This was irritating as they tried to make excuses but I kept open mind.
I get out of shop out to my car and into better lighting only to discover my nails are streaky, lumpy, crooked and have jagged edges. I'm not sure how its even possible to have done such a horrible job. To top things off. I'm going to Drs to get antibiotics as my fingers have cuts allover cuticles etc... DO NOT GO HERE!!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...awful awful awful.

Not my favorite place on the Island to get my nails done but they are open on Sunday so they get my business sometimes. Nice folks who work there. Very friendly!

My friend and I went for the first time for pedicures. I am a diebetic and all precautios were taken. Thank you Tammy you did a great job. My friend was also pleased with her experience with another staff member. I will be a regular for sure👣👣

I got gel nails done on Friday by the older male in there and as he was doing them he would stop to watch tv and wasnt paying attention to what he was doing and my nails ened up kinda lumpy and the color was not on the very sides of my nails.. I have bad anxiety and try to avoid any conflict so I just sucked it up because we were going on vacation over the weekend and didn't want to start it out upset. Well a day later they were already lifting so I waited until we got back and I called to see if someone could fix it and they said yes come in at 2. I got there and they had the same guy fix them and I sat there for 45 mins while he slowly scraped them off and he kept watching tv AGAIN!.. I mentioned that he could probably use a file to file the color off quicker so he did and I started to think how he could possibly be working as a nail tech he didn't seem to know what he was doing after he was done with that he asked me to pick a color off some artificial nail pallets they had I picked one and he started to do it then all of a sudden he tells me he is done it looked nothing like the pallet at all it just looked like I had some sparkles over my natural nail I had been in there for an hour and a half just for this I started to tear up I know it sounds silly to cry over it but when you pay that much money and take all that time out of your days to do something for yourself for once it's sad I just walked out of there got in the car and I will never be back EVER!! EXTREMELY disappointed!! 😦😭
