This weekend was my fifth time going to Sweeties. The first few times were great! The last couple of times did not go well. But this weekend was not a good experience. I was the first person in the door but was overlooked by staff once I told them what I wanted I was seated in the pedicure chair and they began to service the two ladies behind me, we all were getting the same services but they were done and out the door way before me and it was down hill from there my pedicure was not good it looks awful and my polished had to be fixed on my nails and toes by someone else. I got there at 9:30 and did not leave until 12:25p. I’m generally a patient person but just did not have a good experience this weekend not only because of the time but quality of work . I thought I found a great nail salon and even told coworkers and friends about them. Not sure if I will visit again.

First time coming & will definitely be back. Staff is extremely polite & kind. Shape turned out perfect, which I'm very picky about! Annie did a great job. Atmosphere/decor was very cute & bright also.

I scheduled an appointment for three girls to get dip with tip at 2:45. We didn’t even get started until 3:30 and didn’t walk out of the nail salon until 5:30. They never once told us they’d be with us soon or offered a water or anything to be comfortable while sitting there for an hour after I already had appointments??
Not only that but I had to remind them three times what we were doing because the male tech started to do something totally opposite then dip with tip. This isn’t the first time it’s happened the lady tech did it the last time I was there too. They just assume an start going to town on your nails??
Lastly my nails are completely uneven, I asked for coffin shape and walked out with square stubs. I asked for matte THREE times and walked out with glossy. I am utterly shocked and wore out from this entire experience and won’t be back, but if you don’t have time to sit in a salon all day and constantly remind the techs of what to do I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Not professional at all.

Found the salon very comfortable and the staff was professional. My nails looked great initially but began to show cracks in the dip and started breaking within 24 hours of leaving the salon. Really wanted to love this salon but the quality just isn’t there.
