If I could give zero stars I would. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a nail salon. Did not do what I asked for; just did what they wanted.... it was a horrible experience.

Been to about 4 other nail salons in the area. Happy Nails has provided the BEST service, atmosphere and price! Staff is very helpful a and knowledgeable...always understanding of what I'm looking for or asking.

Very unsatisfied. I went in with a few acrylic nails off(normal for me) first thing nail guy states is I need a full set. I said well how much he quoted 40 for a full set plus 15 for gel color. He assumed I had gel nails not acrylic even after he filed my nails off. How does a nail tech not know the difference in acrylic versus gel tips. After stating I wanted them square they came out horrible. Gel Polish all over my nails not presentable at all. Every nail is crooked. I've been to many salons in the area and this one is by far the worst. Do not pay $15 for gel color everywhere else charges $5. To summarize the tech does not know how to shape or color by any means.
