They take more clients than they can handle. They had us wait an hour and come back and they still weren’t ready. Then they went back and forth between different clients and took forever to completely finish our nails. Our nails didn’t even come out good because they didn’t take their time. I won’t be back!

Very good service!! 1-10 a 10! I was new to this and they had made me feel very comfortable! Very clean place and beautiful nail polishes. Great customer service. They Welcomed everyone that had came in and no one was left out. Even when they became busy they was in no rush. They even stayed past closing time. I recommend red nails 1000 times to anyone!!!! 👍

If I could give less than one star, I would. They told us they would be available in 20 minutes, so we came back, and were seated, only to wait 40 more minutes. Not only that, but when they finally showed up, the girl that did my nails had nothing but attitude, and was consistently worried about if people were paying or not. Will not be back.

My finger nail polish started peeling two days after.they were done figured I get at least a week for the money.. toenails are fine and they spa pedicure was magical though.

Not a fan! The girl talked me into gel vs. Regular polish for longevity. One nail was chipped the next day. I had 3 nails lift within 3 days!
